• Applicants should live in Wales and the proposed project should happen in Wales.
• Arts Council of Wales believes ‚Äòin the power of the arts to transform people‚Äôs lives, and to change communities; that everybody in Wales should have access to quality arts experiences and have the opportunity to take part in and enjoy the arts; that artists need to be supported to develop their talents, and should have the opportunity to develop their careers‚Äô.
