“So Great Her Power Is”, originally a handmade drawing using fineliner pens on paper, it has being scanned at high resolution to add colour digitally. Afterwards 2 variations have been created, one conserving the original black and white contrast, and the second adding a kaleidoscopic set of tones. It’s printed on cotton paper and embellished with golden ink.

“So Great Her Power Is” represents the myth of the inescapable destiny of humankind, believed to be controlled since birth by the three Moirae. Also known as The Fates, they have been traditionally represented as females, but in my version they are all males. Their companion is Diké, the goddess of Justice, who keeps the order and sets limits to their actions.
