A deserted bay in winter, with a lone boat tethered to the jetty beneath the sunset, at the days end. Painted in oils on a box canvas with textured rocks and water pools, against a smooth blended sky. The deep sides are painted in a corresponding colour avoiding the need to frame - as in the contemporary way. Signed and varnished the painting is ready to hang. -
