Updating Your Password
There are lots of reasons why it is important at times to update or change your password.
The simplest way to do this is to Goto>Log In
- Once you are at the Log In page you will see two options. On the right-hand side, you can Sign Up. Ignore this.
- On the left-hand side of the screen, you will see the ‘Log In’.
- You do not need to enter your username or your password.
- All you need to do is click “
Forgot Password
“. - This will take you to a forgot password screen where you will be prompted to provide the email address you associate with your artmarketdirect.com account.
- After you have submitted your email address you should see a message informing you that an email has been sent to the address you provided.
- Go to your email inbox.
- The email will arrive and will ask you to click the ‘link below’.
- When you have clicked the email link, you will be taken to a Change Password screen.
- Enter a new password and then in the second box retype the same new password. Click “submit’.
- You will then see a message informing you that your password has been changed.
- Go to the Log In page and attempt to Log In using your new password.
- If it takes you to the vendor dashboard – Mission success.
