Customers who visit your gallery are able to post a review and rank you as a vendor.

In artmarketdirect.com, each vendor has a storefront where the review and rating are displayed. We took the decision to have reviews vendor specific, making the reviews clearer and customers will be able to decide about buying from a vendor faster.

It is hoped that vendors will strive to get better reviews and rankings, vendors will gain more trust and make more sales.

If any of our vendors are fraudulent and not doing good, artmarketdirect.com can also filter it more easily with these reviews turned on.

Although reviews can be edited by the person who wrote it, there is no other way to remove or edit a review.
