Updating Your Password

There are lots of reasons why it is important at times to update or change your password.

The simplest way to do this is to Goto>Log In

  1. Once you are at the Log In page you will see two options. On the right-hand side, you can Sign Up. Ignore this.
  2. On the left-hand side of the screen, you will see the ‘Log In’.
  3. You do not need to enter your username or your password.
  4. All you need to do is click Forgot Password.
  5. This will take you to a forgot password screen where you will be prompted to provide the email address you associate with your artmarketdirect.com account.
  6. After you have submitted your email address you should see a message informing you that an email has been sent to the address you provided.
  7. Go to your email inbox.
  8. The email will arrive and will ask you to click the ‘link below’.
  9. When you have clicked the email link, you will be taken to a Change Password screen.
  10. Enter a new password and then in the second box retype the same new password. Click “submit’.
  11. You will then see a message informing you that your password has been changed.
  12. Go to the Log In page and attempt to Log In using your new password.
  13. If it takes you to the vendor dashboard – Mission success.
